Kennedy Space Center
Kennedy Visitor complex has a several parts, each dedicated to a different theme or NASA project. Also, included in the base admission, there is a free transportation to an observation platform at Launch Complex 39.
Attractions:
- US Astronaut Hall of Fame – Contains largest collection of US astronaut’s personal memorabilia.
- Rocket Garden – Is an outdoor display of historic rockets that helped Americans to get to space. You can walk around and see from a close distance, the magnificent invention of human kind.
- Apollo – Saturn V Centre – Is accessible by bus and include display of Apollo command module and also Lunar module. You can see a moon rock and other interesting pieces from Apollo Space Mission.
- Space Shuttle Atlantis – You can see a retired spaceship Atlantis, which served well for 33 space missions.
- Shuttle Launch Experience – This attraction will put you i a seat of a space shuttle and you will experience start of this rocket into space.
- Space Mirror Memorial – This is a memorial to those astronauts, who served NASA and died in the line of duty.
Admission:
